What is the Fluxys Group Client Portal “MyFluxys”
The Fluxys Group Client Portal “MyFluxys” is the open data application of the affiliated companies of the Fluxys Group (also known as “The Operator”). Via MyFluxys, the Operator makes information available to its customers regarding its offered services being the transportation and storage of natural gas and LNG and, in the future, for other molecules like hydrogen and carbon.
The Operator is, for commercial, operational and regulatory purposes, offering different access rights to MyFluxys. The following distinction is made depending on the type of data made available:
Public data is data made available to anyone without access restriction placed on such kind of data,
Private data is data made available to a specific customer, with restricted use depending on the access rights granted to the user of MyFluxys.
The menu items with the “lock” symbol are only privately accessible. Depending on its role (which was defined by the Administrator – see section Grant, modify or stop user rights), the user may or may not access all functionality shown on this screen.
The Operator supports the idea of maximum transparency on the availability of the offered services, the subscription and utilisation of these services, and clarity about the invoicing of these services. We are continuously working to enhance your experience. Therefore, we are transitioning to a single gateway platform for all affiliated companies of the Fluxys Group with a modern look and feel, state-of-the-art technology, ultimately empowering you in your decision-making process.
